I have so many photos showing what an incomplete job they did. I have so many photos that show she didn't even do basic things like wiping down the counter completely. Other photos shows trash in waste bins and dirty floors. Another photo shows dried food on a kitchen counter. Another photo shows she made a bed with dirty, stained sheets after I specifically told her not to make the bed because the sheets were dirty. One of the photos shows a chair that is half covered in dust and half clean where they dusted. I took a many photos- I'll try to post them here. Yes, the property was cleaner than before she came, but far from being basically clean. When I got there I noticed that she didn't even do a basic clean let alone a deep clean. Unfortunately I trusted her and sent her a ***** without first inspecting it in person. After a few hours she said she was done and sent me some photos showing the whole room to show she had finished. The instructions on texts and on papper were duplicate instructions and I couldn't have been more communicative and clear about what needed to be done. I texted her the instructions, and left paper notes for her as well. I left specific instructions on what needed to be done. I had wanted to be there to go over everything with her but she was so unreliable I couldn't be there when she arrived. After she rescheduled 4 times she finally showed up. I only had so much time between tenants to prepare the property for new tenants. I hired ********* to deep clean/move out clean a furnished condo after a tenant had lived there for 6 months.
